[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute!! Basket is made of plastic and super durable. No strong scent. Dog plush is a little malformed and cheaply made though, making it hard to play pretend. Cute for a costume from a distance though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cute costume accessory! The basket itself is lightweight and easy to carry, making it perfect for a long night of trick-or-treating or a themed event. Toto is adorable and well-secured inside, adding that classic Wizard of Oz touch.  

The reason I'm giving it three stars instead of five is that the basket is made of a plastic material, which is great for durability but not so great in appearance. Makes it look cheap. Also, Toto looks more like a wolf than a dog. This gives off more of red riding hood type of vibe than Wizard of Oz.

That said, it's a charming and nostalgic prop that complements the Dorothy look beautifully. If you're looking for an affordable and cute accessory, this is a solid choice!
