The packaging was terrible.  I'm glad the purse had no damage, all in all love the purse lost of room and well made.

Quality Lacking

Zipper is flimsy to use and big gaps on either side so purse does not close from one end to the other,seller won't issue refund. Save your money as this purse is crap!

I had the purse 1 week and the clasp snapped off. Broke.

Worst quality bag

I bought this purse near the end of 2022 as a Christmas gift. It wasn't used until about a week ago and it has already broken in 2 spots. It is now garbage and it's past the return period so I can't even get a refund. What a waste of money.
