My grandson loves this! And it's a lot of fun. However, my granddaughter got a hold of it and threw it outside and that thing took off clear over the fence and into some trees …. 😂 so I mean, maybe play with it inside or get ready to run!

can be frustrating getting it going again after it drops. i found that turning it off again then on again helps. this is so much fun not only for the kids, but for the adults as well . Definitely read instructions before using it.

lots of fun

This is one of those toys you buy "for your kid" and then continue playing with after they go to bed. My 2yo son and I play with it almost daily (and nightly!). Battery doesn't last super long but it recharges fast (any micro usb will work). Surprisingly durable too. Caught an updraft at the playground and went so high we could barely see it untill the timer finally shut it down and it crashed into the parking lot-- it was FINE! I've already bought 2 more as gifts / backups in case we finally lose / destroy ours. Seriously the coolest little toy I've found in years. Everybody ages 2 to 100 should have one.

Our grandkids, 3 %26 4 really liked it. Only use it indoors though, as it will fly away. The sphere only runs for less than 5 min between charges each which takes around 20 min or more .  Still fun for young children and light-weight so no harm to Furniture.

The four I purchased presented exactly as pictured with lights, stopped and started well, and hovered well following a path matching angle when released, without recharge required for the 10 minutes each played with them, crashing without damage to home furniture or themselves. At $15 each this seemed a good value. However, the highly touted boomerang effect naturally implies in our computer age some sort of automatic geo location, when in fact it is a mechanical/physics 100% dependent on precise angle of the ball on release which is a challenge aggravated by the items being very lite - far more touchy than a real wooden boomerang. Since the angle of release applies in all use, folks did get frustrated more quickly than I'd expected. Other than this, and that they were a bit more noisy than I'd expected, this is fun item for those predisposed to fun and interested in having to build skill to achieve it.

Fun but more challenging than implied

Be SURE to use only inside. My grandsons flew away and went half way across town and into outer space never to be seen again. No problems inside but outside this thing has a mind of its own. He was so heartbroken Christmas night. My husband ran over 3 blocks and it never slowed down… 😫

My grandson had it only one hour and it flew away never to be seen again. It does not boomerang! Very disappointed little boy as it was a Christmas gift😩

Does Not Retirn!

It says on the label that you can play outside. In the demo video, the orb was played in an open space outdoor. We played it outside and it flew higher and higher. Then, it disappeared into the sky so quickly that we couldn't retrieve it. We were disappointed that this would happen and yet the toy was still advised to be an outdoor toy. our kid was sure very disappointed to see it flew away and only got to play it for a few days before it is gone.

It was very difficult to control. Even after reading the instructions, all 4 of us adults had difficulty managing to throw, or catch the toy. This was supposed to be a toy for the children and adults to play together, but it was too erratic. (worse yet, I bought TWO of them)!!!

The battery died so quickly.It was done after 7 minutes of play.Then we had to recharge it for another thirty minutes and it seemed like it was too much effort for the amount of play time. It's much more complicated for a child under the age of seven I don't recommend it. at the end of the day , I think I was playing with more than the kids... However, the time that I did have was very precious.Time spent with my kids so overall.I would recommend it
