They gave me a date when my order would arrive, and I relied on that.  A week after it was due to arrive, they told me it was going to be late.  So I cancelled it and they shipped it anyway.   Now I will have to dispute it with my credit card company because I had to go get one from Bed Bath and Beyond when it didn't arrive when they promised.
