I believe this is the only one of its kind available on the open market and meets all expectations for my specific requirements. Recommend this to anyone searching for a durable inside/outside patio pool area hanging planter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not good. Very flimsily made because the design is poor.

On assembling it as per the instructions provided, the product is extremely unstable. 
The different rods sections do not fit together. One of the wing nuts do not fit the screw as well so i am unable to screw it in place. 
When i tried to hand the baskets  with soil , the product seemed to be falling apart from its own weight. 

I emailed consumercare@woodstream.com twice asking for a replacement and no response.  Overall a very poorly built product. I gave 1 star just for the concept!!!!
