Great Shampoo

The shampoo is great.   I have used it for years.  The bottle cap was broken in shipping.   No wrapping to protect the cap.  Box was probably dropped on end.

Good product- Bad packaging for delivery.

I want to begin by saying how much I genuinely love Woody's products — I've been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the quality and consistency. However, when I ordered what was listed as Woody's Daily Shampoo through the Walmart app (fulfilled by a third-party seller), what arrived was definitely not the real deal.

The scent was harsh, more like Pine-Sol than the signature fragrance I know and love. The texture was off too — thin, watery, and nothing like the usual product. But the worst part? The moment it touched my scalp, it started to burn. Thankfully, I was in the shower and able to rinse it out quickly before it caused serious irritation.

This was a really disappointing and frankly alarming experience. I hope this issue can be looked into, especially regarding third-party sellers misrepresenting products under trusted brand names.

Be careful.
