[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure at some point this will mean all of our bikes are locked up and we have to cut the cable. It's a really solid lock, good for the money.

The instructions are printed on the packaging. They are not easy to see, but if you look on the underside of the front piece of cardboard you will see them. Hope this helps.

Good quality bike lock easy to use I use it to secure my electric scooter

Bike lock

Mine came with no instructions and no way to figure out the password to open it (which you have to do to set it).  Thank goodness you have bad reviews from people in the same state that gave direction (set to "SHED", open, rotate the end piece, reset).

This stinks! No website!

The lock came with no instructions. The package listed instructions at wordlock.com which redirects to some other site where there IS NO INSTRUCTIONS.  I bill $100 per hour for my time. It took 30 minutes research on the internet to find a clue as to how to set it. Someone owes me 50 bucks.  

If you buy one of these set the default word "SHED" to open. On the end of the lock rotate the knob clockwise about half a turn to set. Change the word to something you can remember and then turn it back counter clockwise and close the lock.

Came with no instructions.
