This printer is slow in printing %26 please make sure you order back up ink. The ink that comes with this printer will run out about the tenth page in printing. After all the up date %26 run thru of making sure printer is set up, it will use up all those ink cartridges. This printer is just cute.

Bought printer . Worker nice at first but had to change ink after 6 sheets. Paid $30 for replacements and after changing out it say new yellow is empty. Won’t reset. Ordered more ink while waiting decided to return only to her warranty was over in 28 days

Took forever to install. Worked for one printing session of about 100 pages. Lost the connection or something after that. Would no longer connect to our internet. Could not get it to by any means. Husband not able to fix it. Have not called or "contacted" the company yet as husband is too ill right now to fuss with them. Printer is sitting on desk, a useless piece of junk. I wish we had not wasted the money on it. Would never buy another printer from this company as they are unreliable. We have another printer by this company, as an aside, that will only print with my computer. Don't tell me that the problem is with his Windows 11 computer because that would be Windows fault not ours. Makes me irate to think that we wasted this precious money that is not free flowing in our household. The printer is cheap, but the cartridges are not. What's new. We could have lived with that, but it won't even hook up not. Uninstalled it, by the way. Waiting for another day for the attempt to reinstall or find professional help to do it. Ironic isn't it that we will have to pay more than the piece of junk is worth to get it working, and who knows it that will really be a fix. There you have it in a nutshell. Good luck if you buy this dust catcher.

Won't connect.

Runs out of ink extremely fast! You can only print a few pages then you are out of ink. You can only use Epson ink to replenish it. No other versions even if designed to be compatible. You will spend more money on the ink than the printer is actually worth.

Out of Ink Fast

Compared to the cheaper hp printers ive owned this thing doesnt even match that. From the setup its already had multiple issues like saying the paper is jammed when theres no paper in there, when it goes to print the paper shifts when pulled down and thats an issue sometimes too. It runs through ink insanely faster than my hp. Ive owned this thing 3 weeks and i use it daily for homeschooling. I will never touch an Epson printer again, i just wanted something a little better than i had previously.. nope. Cheaply made junk.

If you buy this printer DO NOT EVER update the Firmware!!! It will become a glorified paper weight if you use a compatible ink cartridge from a different manufacturer. I bought both the printer and ink from Walmart and immediately after updating the firmware the printer stopped printing. I am NEVER using Epson Again! At least HP has a way to allow the consumer to use what they like in their printers once you own their printers.  Lesson learned! Tossing both EPSON printers out as we speak!

DO NOT UPDATE THE FIRMWARE!!!!

This printer feeds paper with multiple pages so you have one page copied with 3-5 blank pages feeding through; the mechanism that feeds paper through makes a horrible grinding noise and pages become stuck and require removal. Bad purchase for simple copies.

Bad printer

Do not buy this product or other Epson printer if you plan on buying other ink brands. The latest firmware update blocks all ink brands that are not official Epson. I just brought ink about a month ago and it worked fine until the printer done a firmware update about a week ago. Now my non-Epson cartridges will not work. I have always brought Epson printers but I will not be buying them anymore. Oh, they have made it so you cannot roll back the firmware from there site.

Epson now only works with Epson ink cartridges

It doesn't allow you to use any ink cartridge but theirs and their cartridges are like $65 to $75 when you can get a generic for $25. They have chips on the cartridges that stop it. So now I am going to get the one that has just tanks. But it will be from canon. Screw Epson

Don't waste money cause you will on ink

I have 3 printers for my self employment business HP deskjet, Cannon pixma 3522, Xorox mfB225 lazer offices they all have served me well and as my business had its ups and down I continued to search for a printer that can handle it the smaller printers worked just fine and the ink usage was exellent considering I have something to compare them too however they as my business picked up I need faster scanning and one page scanner just wasn't cutting it. Big Baby (Xorox) was to costly when my business was on the slow end. But I thought I had found a solution and lord I have spent more on the ink than the printer and I have not used it to even print out a total of 10-15 pages per refill. Yet I have only had this printer since May the 6 and its May 15th and no Im not exaggerating I have replace the colored cartridges M and Y twice and now the printer is claiming I need to change them again cuase they are empty and the day before i ordered the 3rd box of colors refill I checked the black to make sure I have enough. Well the next day I get the refills again that are waaaay higher than the other models and use the printer to print out 11 pages and its stops working asking me to replace the yellow and Black and the idea of Ill just grab them tommorow Im only using black ink is a delusion this printer does not have that well needed ethical feater if one pop they all stop until it is replaced with manu chip and there is no quick refill like I do with my others the printer is designed to not recognize a since of refilled ink. 😢😭😳 Unless you buy a chip and refill kit and saudering gun all of a sudden turn into a computer engineer and install it and hope that it works because, oh yeah there are scammers out here claiming they have the Refill Sensor Chip that you can just install on a blank empty refill kit and it sends a signal bypassing the money sucking blocker and telling it theres a new ink refill cartdrige. Bottom line I paid more for ink than the printer and have not used it completely since I purchased it, and I really want to believe its just defective but fool my once ...........🧠👀

I have never been bamboozled like that ever. 😕

At normal print quality it’s kinda faded, but adjusting to best quality print is crisp. You can print front and back or just one side. It’s holds a lot of print paper to prevent the constant feeding clean sheets of paper . It is kinda slow but the price who cares given the price. It also looks sleek and a nice display that’s easy to navigate.. I set it up in less than 15 minutes. The majority of that was removing every piece of shipping tape around various parts of the printer.
