I accidentally ordered this when I was initially looking for an A3 printer, however, this printer works really good, although, the ink goes by fast and there is no year's supply as mentioned so minus 1 star.

Where's my year's supply of ink?

So I bought the printer for work and overall it was fairly inexpensive.  Recently I bought some non Epson replacement cartridges and they worked fine.  Shortly afterwards an update came out for the printer which I installed and magically the printer no longer recognizes the non Epson ink cartridges and won't let me print or scan anything as long as I have the Non Epson ink cartridge installed.

This is the second one I buy in six months same brand I’m not able to print. It gives me the same error message as the other one ink cartridges to install an cartridge even though I replaced it three times.

Not happy with the printer

Bought this printer in July I printed three pages from it then the print had clogged up so I ran the cleaning feature that used all of the ink ordered new ink $41 put the ink in to try to clean it again still did not clean the printer so I bought a printer and it came. It wasn’t working paid more money for ink and I haven’t even printed anything yet on this thing. It’s now October and I’m down about 120 bucks should’ve bought the HP my HP never had this kind of problem. This is totally garbage. I don’t wanna jump through hoops for warranties and crap either. I thought I could buy a $79 printer and just print some stuff with it but no cause it’s complete garbage and it’s too late now.

Do not buy this printer buy a different one

I have owned two Epson printers before, both worked very well, and I used them for a long time without any issues. However, the one I recently purchased is presenting defects: it wrinkles the paper and the ink smudges during printing. For this reason, I would like to request a return of the product or an exchange for a superior model.

Unhappy

First, I am a loyal and avid user of Epson super tank printers. I have purchased several in the past and have had no problems. This particular printer was purchased in April 2025. In June 2025 it began to give me messages to replace the ink cartridges so I purchased cartridges and refilled but as soon as I would refill it just a few days later it was telling me that the ink was low and needed to be refilled again. This has happened several times, over and over. I have purchased ink to refill several times. The printer is now giving me error messages saying that it doesn’t recognize the Epson ink cartridges that I have placed in it and the error message will not go away even after I turn off the printer and unplug it and turn it on again. The error messages is still there. I have tried several different things to help it work, but to no avail. I am going to attempt to return this printer to Walmart and hopefully have some success with getting my money back. I would not recommend this printer because of the issues that I’ve had with it

Buyer Beware!

Cartridges run out super fast, replacements have had color issues

Absolutely horrible to setup and terrible print quality. I’ve had Epson before and it was great. This is made super cheaply and I waited to long to set it up, so I can’t return this absolutely worthless contraption.
