Toilet is very comfortable and feels more stable than a seat/bucket combination. Packs fairly well as the seat folds flat and the bucket is smallish (also means have to empty more often). One negative is that it's not smooth pulling the bucket out to empty. Highly recommend practicing pulling the bucket out when empty to avoid an accident😀

Great camping toilet

This is perfect for my needs. I live off grid, outside toilet, and don't feel like going outside in the night. I am an elder, and squatting is difficult for me, but this is a perfect sit.

Works for me!

We needed something for my daughter to use without having to use public bathrooms. This was a blessing! We have a bag with water, wipes, plastic bag and voila you have a complete portable toilet.

Great portable toilet

The device is consistent with the description. It does what it is supposed to. The bucket is smaller than it looked to me in the picture, but that is a good thing, since a small-ish bag (I am using 21 litre bags) is more than good enough to contain the expulsed waste, even for people who (like me) don't have a typical North American diet and poop out significantly more (regularly 1 kg or more) than the North American average (128 g, varying from less than 100 g to about 500 g).

There are, for me, 2 disadvantages:
the grip to pick up the lid is a joke, my fingers slide right off and the lid remains in place. It is a minor inconvenience, but why provide a grip that doesn't grip?
The main disadvantage is the height. It should be higher in order to be comfortable. I am not a double-jointed camel and getting down and up are less than comfortable procedures. I am looking for something to make it higher.

In short: would I buy it again? Definitely. Would I recommend it? Yes, but without forgetting to mention the two negatives.

Less messy waste expulsion

Very sturdy, held my 230 lbs no problems,  easy to put together. Smallish  for my husbands bits. On the short side. But very handy for occasional use when camping, etc. We used large compostable bag on inside over seat with a bit of cat litter, and a garbage bag on outside in case of leaks.

Worked great for camping

looks good but have not tried it.  the basket does not slide well so we will need to fix this ourselves

Hard to find

I am using it as a comode. Regular comode liners fit the bucket. Plus it's budget friendly.

Better than a comode

Not bad for the price. Like most things made in China, the bottom and top were likely produced at different places and don't exactly fit perfect. I had to trim off excess plastic on the bucket with an exacto knife, before it would slide in and out easily, I didn't want to struggle and have any accidents! The bottom does fold up pretty flat and the bucket, although rather large, is light, and can be packed with other stuff in it that you will need (toilet paper, plastic bags, soap, towel, etc...) 
I lined it with a plastic bag, that I disposed of, after dumping the contents in the proper recepticle.

Not bad after you fiddle with it

Sturdy

Sturdy, but very hard to slide on and off the bucket under the seat. Not practical.
