I have used this tool for 2 years and could not be happier with the results. Having used gas powered trimmers for years I love the fact that filling a gas tank and oil is gone forever. Sure the battery charge is limited but no fear I bought extra ones ready to swap in minutes. The trimmer is effortless to do routine trimming and edging to keep my walks and driveway look like a professional job every time.

Everything I hoped for!

Im on the 4th one I've purchased. I won't be buying a 5th time for 1 main reason:  wheel feature falls apart. Won't stay fastened. I definitely need the wheel for edging. Tried tightening.  Tried duct tape. Tried  glue. Forget it. Small feature you'd think they would fix.  Too bad

This grass trimmer does not feed the string, and it  (string) gets jammed up in its spool, making the whole spool useless; I know; I wasted four spools already.

WorXgrass trimmer

I purchased a Worx wg163 several years ago and have been very happy with it. It was getting at the end of life so I decided to get another.  I ordered the wg162. To your engineering dept: Whoever thought this mechanism for the line feed was a workable solution should be fired.  The .065 line is fragile enough and to have to stop every 5 feet and start/stop the trimmer until line is fed is asinine.  I ended up turning it up and manually pushing the line feed button. Just a total nightmare to weedeat and edge my small yard. I'm exploring my return/exchange options to get something that doesn't send my frustration level through the roof. Do better, Worx.
