Purchased these fire-resistant pants for a new job, after wearing Nomex for years. The difference in comfort and fit is amazing. Just like regular clothing.

Finally - FR Clothing That's Comfortable

Good fit, well made, the rise is just right, and the zipper is long enough, something other brands skimp on,. I work in a chemical plant and these jeans fit the bill. Only negative is the front belt loops need to be about an inch each further from the center, give us Texas boys enough room for our belt buckles!

They're keepers

We have purchased Riggs jeans for the last 5 or 6 years now. My husband has worn the FR Riggs men's work wear jeans and regular Riggs men's jeans. These jeans last a long time. He has worn some for 3 years to work out in the mud, snow, ice, in the oilfield and only 1 or two pair have a couple of frayed parts but that could have been from chemical damage due to work. He likes the extra material in the crotch for when he bends over. Prevents the pant seam from splitting. They do not shrink until three years of constant work and washing. We highly recommend the Wrangler Riggs Jeans, both regular and FR. We are grateful Wrangler has big and Tall Men's jeans. Hard to find most places. My husband really needs the 48"x36". We usually have to settle for 34" leg but it still works okay.

I wear these at work in refineries and power plants. They fit and wear well, I usually get a few years out of each pair.

Quality product

I have been purchasing these pants for the past 5 years.  The last ones I purchased, 4 pair from this website, and 6 pair from IGEAR at my workplace website, had the exact same tag information as the pants I was wearing.  However, the fit of the new pants was not the same. They weren't as long, the waist didn't sit the same, the knees weren't in the right spot, and they were tighter around the thighs and knees. I am very dissatisfied that a product that was tried and true was changed, and not for the better.
