Instead of sending me a new one, the seller wants to give me a 5 dollar refund so it would sound like a good deal to me.

No problem at all. To return the case for a refund you would just need to take the case to your local Walmart store with the original email confirmation. There they can start and process the return for you and ship everything back to us. Once received we would go ahead and process a full refund for you. Thank you for your understanding!
