I ordered this online due to the dollar savings since everywhere else it was listed $80.00 and up so getting it online it saved $20.00! I selected a pick up time and was pleasantly surpised with how quick it was brought out to my vehicle by the Walmart employee. Over all I will be doing this again with other items. This controller has a nice grip and very responsive toggles. It was easy to switch out my rechargeable batteries and the back plates supplied with my rechargeable battery system fit perfectly.

Great for it's price

Works as expected and competitively priced

Great product

you cannot go wrong with an Xbox controller. they are the best that you can get

official Xbox product

Not sure if item had been dropped or what but when I got it the controller already had something called “stick drift”. This is common in controllers that have been dropped on the analogs. Although it's not bad it shouldn't be there at all for a new controller.

Came with minor stick drift

Worked until today kept disconnecting and now won't connect sadly I don't know how to try and get a refund or return it

Works just Microsoft neew to fix glitches
