First things first, they do not give you case refills. It is listed in the description, but it wasnt in the package when it finally arrived.
Because I bought this 1 week before school, paid 5$ for shipping, but package arrived two weeks after the estimated arrival time, with absolutely no follow-up on the shipping intel, apart from  "departed" and "will arrive today". 

The general product is pretty good, but the sharpener included on top of the pencil does not have anywhere to store its carbon, so it just goes everywhere when you put the pencil upside down.
