My father-in-law introduced me to this product.o cant believe we lived all those years  with a wood stove and not using this. Anybody can start a fire with it believe me. I can't wait to have my daughter use it to light up the outdoor  fireplace next summer. I always make sure I have at least 1-2 in reserve so I never run out of it.

Great for starting fires and it has no strong odour like some of the other fire starters.

Great Fire Starter

This product makes the task of "leaving" a fire so easy. The product ignites quickly and burns for about 10-15 minutes, giving us the time to spread the fire over the firewood or logs. Now, in less than 5 minutes, the fire is gone and crackles in the fireplace. A must have!! - Oh, my God.

Great!

I use these in conjunction with my charcoal chimney for every BBQ and smoke I do, fill the chimney with briquettes, stack 2 of these and start them on fire, and set the cimney on top, within 15 minutes I have a great fire going. The blocks have quite a strong, perfume type, smell, but once lit there is no odor and there is no petroleum or chemicals present to taint the flavor of the food. Highly recommended!

Don't ever want to be without these!

Having tried the majority of ignition products, this one is by far the best value for money. It produces a living belle flame for 10-15 minutes. Try it you will not be disappointed and it is Quebec made!

Excellent product

This is an inexpensive product which works very well. Great for starting the fire in our fireplaces. Does not have the annoying smell associated with petroleum based starters.
