The product gets the job done!  I needed to cut tree limbs and was able to take them out with no issue for the ones that are arm to leg thickness.  It has all the power I needed to get the job done.  The batteries lasted longer than most battery-operated tools.  I really enjoyed using it as it was lightweight and easy to use for being 60 years old. It comes with two chains, safety glasses, gloves, charging port for batteries, tool to adjust chain saw, and carrying case.  Very nice Item for the price!

pleasantly surprised with this little handheld saw. I used it this weekend and got quite a lot done. cut the long tips out of a huge holly bush. I know it probably saved me $300. I will definitely buy again if I needed to

Pruned a plumeria tree with no problems - branches up to 10" thick - great little machine!

Great little machine!

It was good for the tiny branches. I was really excited. But then I tried on a thicker branch; still a bush not a tree, and it completely fell apart in front of me.

Tiny is better

The Saul broke down after two days of trimming limbs and the button on the side. You have to literally take the battery out to stop the salt from moving because it is haywire or there's something wrong with the switch. I'm going to get a refund it also overheats and smokes

Junk

One of the reserve chain is missing. There should be two as shown in the ad picture but I got only one. The cut on the tree branch is not smooth. Be careful the saw kickback a lot.
