I've been drinking this ever since I was a little girl growing up in Asia. Much of American food is stripped of nutrients and processed, so there's not much probiotic nutrition available. Yakult fills in the gaps. It's a tasty drink and suits my nutritional needs.

Yakult tastes great and offers consistently high product quality, especially when compared to similar alternatives. While it is slightly more expensive than competing brands, the flavor has no unpleasant aftertaste and remains enjoyable from the first sip to the last.

I usually get a negative reaction to antibiotics. Had to take antibiotics for a week due to an injury. Drank one of these a day, and also drank some kombucha, and it really helped. No issues.

I am a double transplant recipient. I take a ton of meds every day. I take one in the morning before taking my medication, and one at night before taking my medication. I think that it helps me feel better.

Get if you take a lot of meds.

If you are experiencing chronic digestive issues like gas, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea I always just buy yakult to double up on probiotics. I have been drinking this since I was a child and my stomach is never been better.

My (new) GI Doc recommended it due to my being Constipated for over 2 Years… within a Month of drinking 1 per Day… I was (%26 still am) having regular bowel movements!!!! Sooooo much better than ALL of the “constipation relieving” pills %26 products that cause painful cramping! And sooooo much better than the daily enemas that I endured for those 2 years!!! If you have Chronic Constipation… you won't regret investing in at least 3 to 4 weeks of drinking Yakult Daily!!! See how it works for YOU — and if your experience is POSITIVE like mine… keep drinking it every day!! NOTE: in the very beginning… at least twice per week, I drank 2 per day…

I was introduced to this probiotic drink while visiting Japan 30 yrs ago.  I am so happy that Wal-Mart carries this product at such a great price.  I drink one of these every morning on an empty stomach for my gut health.  The nutrients are fantastic for a healthy stomach gut, especially for us women.  
This might not be everyone though, especially if you suffer with IBS or chronic stomach issues.  My friend has to take small sips throughout her day to avoid chronic diaherria.   
Other probiotics don't  compare to this one.  Yauklt doesn't cause me to suffer with gas, burping, or  bloating.  It id a good quality probotic.  I personally appreciate the fair price, its ease of opening and easy to consume its small sized portion.   I love it, as do my grandkids.

A good probotic.

I tried this product years ago at Walmart when someone was doing free samples. I was surprised at the yummy taste, which was a gentle sweet n' tart, yummy! The texture is more liquid, not thick, like other yogurt drinks. I prefer the thinner texture during winter months, or if I just need something non-filling to give me probiotics.

Great product for on the go

great for my toddler. first ingredient is water and my daughter is so picky and doesn't like water . these also have 1 good bacteria for her gut so I definitely recommend.
only issue I get expired ones delivered 1/9 times so I would shop in store. but they are great at making it right instantly with refund if it does happen

I bought this as a way to stay healthy, but all it did was give me bad stomach aches and horrendous farts, some which lasted for about a minute... how is that even possible? the farts just kept going and going  like that lady at the opera that holds the high note for super long... it tastes like lemon juice and yogurt, and now i have diarrhea... kept having to wake up at 6 in the morning to take watery poops... just not worth it.
