Great smart lock, what I was looking for. It works with Alexa, Google and Apple platforms. You can share digital keys for guests as well which is cool.

pretty straightforward install.  Most difficult thing was learning that I had to invite family as "guests" to provide access to all Yale locks in the house.   But super pleased with how well it works and looks great!

I have original Assure on another door.  I really like the increased functionality in the app.  Good improvement.    Just follow instructions very carefully when doing setup.

Great upgrade!  Works flawlessly and very easy setup

Works Great, Easy Setup

Extremely good looking & slimmer than the previous ten. The matte look of the lock helps prevent fingerprints. The lock was pretty easy to install & set up. The lock did shut down inexplicably a few hours after installing it, requiring to take out the batteries & reinsert them to restart. Hasn't happened since, but if we didn't have another entrance, it might have been bad.

Sleek lock!

Ordered 2 locks.  One installed fine but the motor to drive the bolt on the 2nd one was DOA.  Support has yet to ship a replacement. So, the locks are just ok - support is far too slow!

Ok Lock - Slow Supprt

I want to love this, but I bought them to replace the prior generation, which wasn't reliable with HomeKit, and this one hasn't connected to Homekit for me yet. I had to bring my access point within 15' of this just to connect wifi. Hoping the release of the Matter module makes everything play nice.

Not There Yet

Difficult to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth.  While Yale has online videos showing how to install the lock which I found helpful, The Yale instruction manual is written poorly and there is no online videos when it comes to connecting your new lock to WiFi or Bluetooth and it is for that reason why I have a fancy looking deadbolt with keypad that I use as a manual lock, just like the lock I had at a fraction of the cost before installing Yale.

Can't connect to WiFi ort

Drains batteries fast. I tried switching to rechargeable batteries and it seems Yale put out an update or something because even with freshly charged batteries, I am getting the daily critical battery alert. You cannot disable this alert. You will get a daily email and app notifications.
The first time I used rechargeables, it was great. Lasted longer than regular batteries. But Yale must have an agreement with the battery industry or something because this is ridiculous. Every three months, minimum, you will have to replace the batteries. EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE THE ELECTRIC LOCK OR TOUCH!
I gave up and put in lithium batteries even though Yale specifically requests alkaline.
I regret this purchase, but after coming from NestYale locks, I thought these would be just as good.
If the lithium batteries die before a year, I'm dumping these locks and switching to something else. (very likely)
FYI, I was using Energizer Max for regular battery replacements and Tenergy Premium for the rechargeables. Currently trying Energizer Ultimate. And it's not my wifi, very good strong signal there...

Be prepared to buy batteries

I like this lock. However, the batteries drain so fast. I have to change them every 20 days. It is not convenient compared to a traditional one. Ok, I'm not saying the Yale Secure 2 batteries should last for one year, but not 20 days. 
I suggest staying away from the key-free unless you want to carry a 9V battery with you all the time.
