A little tricky to put together by myself but I got it! I also thought that because the shelf can be moved, that it can therefore be removed--it cannot. It doesn't sit on top of the rung as I imagined but rather is essentially a rung. It's nice and wide though and very sturdy.

Not exactly as I imagined but I still love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rack fits perfectly in our room and holds all of the things we want to keep close at hand (and not on the floor). Holds everything from clothing to heavy blankets, and the shelf is a great spot for small items like wallets, accessories, etc.

Useful and elegant rack

You know those articles of clothes that aren't dirty enough for the wash but too dirty to go back in the drawer? This ladder is perfect for it. Much better use of space than piling clothes in a chair. Plus I can use the shelf for my sunglasses and lint roller.

No more clothes piled onto that chair

I bought this so I could hang a few things I change in and out of during the day rather than throw them over the chair in the bedroom, plus for putting out outfits the night before travel etc. 

It's low profile, sturdy, and attractive-- makes the room look tidy and put together. 

I'm going to get the narrower version for throws and/or bath mats.

Perfect for what I need

This rack brings a new crisp look upgrading my entryway to my flat! The ceiling slants so I had to find something easy and adaptable ! 
Cant wait for guests to hang their hats / coats and shoes befire coming inside for a gathering!

Nice ladder rack, well made. Metal is nice and easy to build. Would have like a little more customization on where ladders go, and less visible screws. Worth a buy

Great shlef!

Just exactly what I needed. BUT images should better clarify the assembly design. I had read that the shelf could be placed at any level. That's not actually true. Every other level uses a screwed in bar like the shelf. It is still the perfect solution for me with the shelf in the traditional position. Would suggest adding two small protective sleeves/tabs to back shelf to help avoid damage to wall.

This ladder rack needs some work. The ad photos show it with bottles sitting on the shelf, but, the shelf connection is actually perpendicular to the side of the ladder (a lazy design flaw) which means that anything you put on the shelf is going to slide back and lean against the wall. It's not at all suitable for anything that needs to be vertical. It's also very difficult to put together without scratching the finish, which is delicate.

Needs some redesign.

The holes do not line up when attaching the top structure to the bottom half. Struggled with something that should have been really simple to do. I now have to wait on a friend to come over with electrical tools to see if he can align the towel rack. Honestly disappointed.
