Easy to assemble and very convenient with the app that connects for the workouts.  The free workouts available on the app could be better, but I love that you use the app to track your progress.

Good to have and lose weight

Rower was just as shown in ad.  Assembly went well and took approximately 45 minutes.  All fasteners labelled and secured in blister pack.  Worked well during initial workouts.  Rower action was  smoother and quieter than the pneumatic rower it replaced.  Pleased with purchase.
