Gave this to my 10 year old granddaughter as a fun project for a rainy day.  She LOVED it!  We did the first candle together, and then she was able to complete the rest by herself.  And t comes with the batteries to light them already installed which was such a bonus!  Great instructions and well packaged.  Highly recommend!

Candle making kit

This was such a fun project to do with my kids! My son loved it! As long as you follow the instructions properly they are very easy and fun to make! Loved the addition of the poster too!

Fun Slime Candles!

My girls LOVED this!  The are obsessed with slime so this was a very cool kit to make with them.  Each keeps these LED candles next to their bed as night lights now.   I also bought this for my sisters daughter, she loved the idea of using them as night lights.  Highly recommend.  I also bought the Crystal Jewelry and Lip Balm kits from this brand which we also enjoyed!  Will be looking for more from Youniverse!

Did this with my niece for her birthday on Monday night, she loved it.  She is obsessed with slime right now, she liked the candle element too.  She said she will keep her "candle nightlights" in her room.   So I like that she gets a use out of the finished project.  Also comes with a cute fact poster, so there's a fun educational element too.  Overall we had a really fun time making these together

Interactive and Fun

No what I thought it was. I thought it was a gel candle kit with a wick that burns but this is more like making slime and putting it in a container that lights up. I ordered 2. One looked like it'd been opened before. This might be great for younger kids, but my older teens (14

Not what I expected when I ordered it

My daughter loves making the candles, but one of the two we've made so far stopped working and is leaking liquid and gel out the bottom of the candle. The other is getting big air pockets inside the gel part of the candle. (The gel is more like slime or gak, if you remember that from the 90s.) Not impressed with the product.

Fun but candles don't look nice for long

Box says ages 8 and up. 
I would recommend for 4-8 at best.  10 year olds were VERY disappointed. just slime in a mold with a fake light.

waste of money

Way too hard to be for kids. The glue completely hardens up and won't mix. Tried adding at different times, same result.

Will not buy again

I would not even give this a 1 star but half star was not avaiable !! Worse directions ever ! Watched 3 videos and it didnât turn out anything like what the directions say.  I never got a gel. We got a chunky lumpy glue blob  we did our own way and still nothing like a gel. 

Worse thing ever !!
