The handlebars thingamajig loosens up at times and doesn't line up properly with the wheels

Product stopped driving forward after 2 months of use. Only reverse worked.

Disappointing

set it up find it worked for a day and then it was intermittent after that. This is not worth the amount of money I paid for the item it didnt even last a full day and currentky only runs in high gear. My 4 year old has had 3 other Power Wheels that still all work and one is 3 years old and still works better than this one.

Not worth the money!

I bought this quad and my son drove it for two days then all of a sudden the reverse and lowest speed doesn't work. He can only drive it forward in the highest speed which is useless. We tried to contact ballard pacific resources and the phone number listed in the manual isn't even theres....so now we are stuck with a expensive quad that doesn't work and can't be fixed. I will 100% never buy a product like this EVER again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Poor Quality, our's came with a hub cap missing.  Not worth the money

Not worth the money

Very cheaply made. I can't see this lasting more than 1 season (just driving on the sidewalk or grass). Battery only lasts about 1-2 hours at a time. Speaking of the battery, you have to unscrew the seat in order to remove the battery for charging. PIA. I wouldn't buy this again.
