It's an awesome instrument.

It was huge!  I am 6' and have normal sized hands. I could not spread my fingers enough to cover the note holes to play. I have played a tenor recorder several years ago with good results. I couldn't play the Yamaha recorder at all. 

I went back to my playing my tenor sax.
