So far I am very satisfied with the lawn tractor. It starts immediately and has plenty of power for my 1 acre lot. I like the cutting in reverse feature, and the oil change attachment is easy to use. All serviceable parts are easily accessible. It has a tight turning radius which is handy and so far seems to be quite well constructed.

That there are parts that have to be put together, that the deck needs a certain adjustment, and the instructions are quite unclear, I purchased the mulching kit and , again the installation instructions that came with the kit does not match where they say it's supposed to go .

Lack of clarity and a lot of work to be able to us

This machine is not safe. There is no way to regulate the speed without coming to a full stop first...there is only a brake pedal, no gas petal.  You set your speed with a lever and then release the brake and bam!!!!! , you're going that speed. No way to slowly speed up. Awful!!  The fuel tank is a plastic jug held in place with a piece of plastic that you bundle your cords together with.   The mower was delivered in a wooden crate that was sitting on a broken skid. It was an awful time trying to get the mower over the 2x4's from the broken skid. When they lowered the skid the broken piece dug into my paved driveway. Awful service and an awful mower. Not at all safe.
