We love it, it's taller and bigger and more study than I thought. Also the wood finish looks much better in person.  I really love it!  The set up took 4 of my workers 2 days about $1500 to install but we like it better than a thatched roof tiki because it's gonna last longer.

Very good lumber all cedar, plans are good and everything is cut and pre-drilled which really helps in assembly.  It is a plain design but is easy to put your personal touches on after assembly.

This is a great gazebo.  Step by step instructions that are very easy to follow.  My wife helped me for the most part and we are in our late 60's.  Had a younger brother come over to help with posts one day and roof sections a few days later.  We worked on it when we felt like it so it's hard to say how long it took us but two young guys with a little know how could have her up in 8 hrs.  Great quality and looks good, we plan to seal the wood.

We ordered this structure a few weeks ago and it arrived much quicker than the expected delivery date.  The delivery was well planned and arrived as scheduled.  I am still in the process of building the structure but I have to say that all the materials provided are high quality and the instructions are easy to follow.  We are excited to be able to use it once the building once it is complete.

About 9 hours to assemble, all the parts and hardware was there, the instructions were easy to follow, a very nice structure.

A great pavilion, looks good.

Overall, I have to give this kit 5-star. The component quality and final assembly results came out just like the picture. The only deviation was that the color was a bit lighter than shown but worked out okay.
The assembly went as well as could be expected with just two people putting the kit together but with the help of some well placed support blocks, everything went together well. A lot of the good results was made possible through Yardistry's accuracy with their component sizing and hole locations.
I know it's easier to put an assembly manual together where it's noted that you need 4 people but it would be nice if there was a variant that gave assembly instructions where on 2 people were available to put this together. I know safety and liability are a big factor in giving assembly instructions and that Yardistry has to be careful how they direct the customer.
I still give this kit a 5-star rating and would definitely recommend it to family and friends! This is my second Yardistry gazebo kit. The experience with the first kit at a previous house is what drove me to getting another one.

Get them while they are still available!

This is our second Yardistry Gazebo. We were so happy with the first one, we decided to get a slightly smaller version to go over our new hot tub. High quality cedar wood and precut to perfect dimensions with easy to follow directions. Pricey, but quality product.

High quality, well engineered, great value.  Instructions are pretty clear, and all needed parts were there.  This is the best prefabricated gazebo out there.  My neighbors are jealous!  
I recommend using skilled professionals to construct and properly anchor the gazebo.  The instructions recommend four people.  Three pros were able to do it.
I am particularly impressed by the quality of the wood, hardware and roof!

Great Gazebo!

We are really happy with our pavilion. Very sturdy and looks nice. Instructions are clear to follow but took a bit of time to assemble and some know how, but it was worth it. We were missing two bolts but reached out to yardistry and they sent replacements out right away.

Great addition to our backyard

Not for your average home owner to assemble if you don't have any experience. It took one contractor and one amateur with skills 2 days. Went pretty smoothly. Need a minimum of two people

Most of the wood was bowed, roof pieces are cut crooked and wont line up, some of the wood was chipped and split and the instruction manual was incomplete! Had to look at the 12'x12' design instructions to install other pieces.
