[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is sturdy, but the steering is terrible, the shock makes it feel like the tires are flat or underinflated, the knee pad is very small so difficult to get onto with the big back tires in the way. It's very hard to move while making a turn, but going straight is fine. I would not recommend this model.

I would NOT recommend this scooter.

I want to return it! It has not worked since I put together.
