how about this tea to drink at night and hopes that it would help me get a good night's sleep naturally.. so far I am not disappointed and I set up a subscription so that I do not run out.. seems they're all natural herbs, which is a big plus for me

This is a terrific tea before bed. Tea. If is du the but flavorful, comforting. The combination of herbs has made me drift off before I finish my cup.

Bought this for my son who struggles with sleep patterns.  Has helped a great deal.  He likes the taste, as well, so it isn't an issue to get him to drink it.

This stuff tastes good and works well for me. But licorice is the first ingredient, so do a little research on that before you start drinking it nightly.

It must be the combination ratio of stevia leaves and black licorice root that make this tea have a sweet taste. I do not need to add sugar or sweetener to this tea!!

I picked this up for my husband who works night shift and has a hard time winding down after work to sleep during the day. It has a wonderful aroma and tastes good and has really helped him. He tried a few different  kinds but he said this one is by far the best tasting and most effective sleep tea.

I was excited to find this tea on sale since I really wanted to try some tea to help me sleep. This tea is horrible! The taste and smell of this tea is like medicine, kind of reminds me of that horrible throat spray medicine.
