I purchased the 1036 Sherpa kit and they are great and now my wife wants a set! Being a little heavier and taller it was a small struggle put my snowshoes on. I solved the problem with a small fold up wooden chair (used for ice fishing). I sit in the chair and I can now effortlessly put my snow shoes on. This trick should work for my wife as well, since she had her knees replaced.

Yukon Charlie's

I bought the kit after doing much research. I ultimately chose these because the straps are really easy to tighten and take off. The 21" size is light and narrow, which makes highly uphill easier than using snowshoes I've had in the past. The size also makes  briskly jogging downhill quite fun because they feel like an extension of my feet.   
The bag is too big, but it's nice to have never the less. I also notice since these are so compact that sometimes I sink in deep untouched snow. Overall, highly recommend.

Product broke because of poor quality. No replacement parts available from manufacturer. Planned obsolescence in effect
