When I first got the Zagg Invisible Shield I was a little concerned. The box is labeled iPhone 13/13 Pro, but that label is on top of another iPhone version. I'm guessing the box was misprinted because this shield does fit my iPhone 13. 

Upon opening the box, I found another box. Zagg took its time to be sure the shield was well protected. The cleaning wipe, dust remover and cloth was in one envelope and the zagg shield was well protected in another. Instructions are right on the back of the envelope, but they also have video instructions as well. I just couldn't find one for my phone. Instructions are easy to follow and I was able to install the screen protector. It came with a plastic case you put the phone into that helps to align the screen to the phone. Unfortunately, once I removed peel tab 1 away from the screen protector, it got a couple of dust particles on it. I used the dust removal sticker and it worked, however I didn't see one speck near the middle of the phone nor something else right below it. Now I have a bubble where that dust particle is and can see but barely the other specks under the screen. Disappointed, but I didn't look at it better I guess. Plus you have to be careful you don't stick the dust removal sticker to the screen as I almost did. 

The protector is really nice, looks nice and I do recommend it to others.

Great product!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Maybe it was just user error, but I had a hard time understanding which part was actually supposed to go on my phone. I peeled the first part as instructed, but I think somehow I did that wrong. I had to look up a video on the Zagg website on how to apply it correctly. Once I got it, it adhered very well to my phone screen. Besides that, this is a neat little kit with the alcohol wipe, the cloth to clean your phone, and the installation tray. It seems durable so far so we'll see how long it lasts.

Good Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a quality screen cover. I bought this as a replacement for another brand of cover and I will admit, this new one isn't nearly as thick as the other brand. Time will tell how it holds up. Installation was easy!

Easy installation

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.  The directions for applying the shield to my phone were very thorough and easy to follow. I also appreciate that the product comes with a warranty that cover the product as long as I own the device.  I appreciate that this product has thought out the typical issues with screen protectors and incorporated solutions to those issues in the design.

Good value

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I was thankful to receive the ZAGG Hybrid Invisible Shield for my iPhone 13 pro because I broke my old screen 2 weeks ago. I literally just received a cheap 2 pack from Amazon, but I know the ZAGG brand is well known and reliable. The directions to install the screen are easy to follow. I like the aligned case that keeps the screen in the correct place. However, I had a ton of bubbles under my screen that I couldn't get out. I lifted the corner of the screen to get the main one out and dust got under the screen (completely my fault). It isn't a huge deal though because I can only see the mini bubbles and specs of dust when my phone screen is completely off. I've been using this for a few days and I haven't had any issues with it other than smudging. The back of the box claims it is smudge resistant, but it's not. The brand does offer a limited lifetime warranty so that's a bonus.

Hoping this screen lasts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it was going to be a glass screen protector because it's what the box said, but Zagg falsely claimed, and it was a thin piece of plastic. Not at all Walmart's fault, as the description provided on the app properly states this.

Not real glass. Feels like plastic when using. It scratches and nicks extremely easily. Very soft and lacks the hardness of glass. 

Warranty is not very good. They charge you $8 in shipping. The replacement screen was thankfully real glass but it is not compatible with the alignment tool that was included. So I had to eyeball it.

Zagg screens are not worth the 100% difference in price.
