Bed is great. Very structurally sound. 

I want to talk about the wrench that comes with to put the bed together. I have built many a furniture, each one supplied with the same Allen wrench. Half of the furniture at more than one pesky screw that you would spend too much time finagling with just to tighten them! THIS wrench that was provided to me to erect my newest addition to the bedroom family is nothing shy of genius. 

First off- it’s a ratchet! No pulling out and putting back in to get a quarter twist on the screw. Also it has a solid handle, very easy to establish a firm grip for vigorous wrenchin’. Lastly, the craftsmanship of said ratchet Allen wrench is that of a masterpiece... for a free tool they give you to put your stuff together!! So in conclusion: bed good. Solid. Easy to put together. 

Wrench: an answer to the prayers of all the dads out there am trying to keep their lives together, all the while convincing theirselves not THROWING THE STUPID DESK IN THE TRASH!!

Anyway.... I highly recommend this bed. It’s very nice. I like the simplistic design.

Great bed; SPECTACULAR with wrench!

I have not been so in love with a product in years. From price to packaging to quality I was impressed in every way by my Suzanne Metal and Wood bed frame. I installed an LED strip under the frame, which makes my bed look like a spaceship, but that's optional.

The perfect bed frame

Quality materials, great minimalist design. Setup was simple, took about 15 minutes, easy to follow instructions, each piece is numbered, lettered and labeled. Took a ridiculously long time to ship, but seems to be worth the wait.

Sturdy & Easy to Assemble

Easy to build with all included materials, relatively light but incredibly sturdy. Doesn't squeak or make anything. Love this, amazing price point for great quality.

Silent, sturdy, easy-to-build frame

Arrived very quickly! Assembly was easy and instructions were clear. The bed frame is so simple and sleek. I was worried that my under bed storage bins wouldn’t fit, but they fit with room to spare!

14” rise is great for under bed storage

This is a great quality product! The materials are sturdy and the set up was easy. My husband and I love the simple, but chic design!

Modern Chic King Frame

Low profile bed, easy to get in and out of bed. Very comfortable and supportive. Also really looks nice in the room

If you’re looking to get a compliments.... buy it!

The bed frame is nice but my mattress is bigger than the frame which is the only downside.

Elegant but small.

This frame is gorgeous, straightforward, and easy to put together! It's a shame that it arrived with a cosmetic manufacturer's defect: the manufacturer had screwed the metal into the decorative wood footboard, and it cracked the wood all the way through to the front of the piece. We couldn't wait on assembling the bed, or else we would have had to sleep on the floor for a few weeks until a replacement part came. Unfortunately, the warranty only offers a full refund upon return of the frame, or a replacement part, which would be hugely difficult to manage now that everything is installed. The company does not offer partial refunds, so just be aware of the chance for this kind of defect when you purchase this frame. I don't know how common the issue is, but just know it can happen.

Otherwise, the frame is great. The metal is sturdy and supportive, and the slats velcro to the sides--ingenious! They'll never fall off, which was my big worry in transitioning to a slat/platform style bed from a frame + box spring setup. We got the 14" height, and there's a good amount of clearance underneath for cleaning and storage, which is what we were hoping for. The lack of headboard or extended footboard gives the bed a sleek, modern look with a clean silhouette. Not to mention, it's easier to make the bed. (Though I may never get out of the bed.) Even with the manufacturing defect, I think we'd still buy this frame all over again. It's exactly what we were looking for.

Would be 5 stars if not for a defect

We were excited when we got the frame until we opened the box and saw the cheap piece of wood that was shipped. It was a plank made up of a bunch of finger jointed pieces within it to save money. It should have been one solid piece. We ended up painting it to cover the joints and sent a complaint letter with photos to Zinus but they didnt really seem like they cared.

Good frame but shouldn't "cheap out" on the wood.
