Super insert for your Zippo lighter. This butane insert produces a nice soft flame like your original fuel lighter. Great for lighting cigars. Excellent quality, fits perfectly. Note: because it's butane, you have to keep holding the button for the flame to stay on.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Zippo makes quality products that look and feel good. I really like the concept of the refillable lighter to produce less waste. I wanted the butane to come with it already full because you have to buy the butane separately and fill it. It does come with fill instructions. It's a nice, solid yellow flame but not wind resistant.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.  This is great to swap in an out of Zippo holders. It doesn't come with butane gas, but the videos online show easy refilling. The flint is really good and makes a nice spark.  Zippo makes such high quality products of this type, and this is evident on this.

This is an excellent insert for anyone that loves carrying a Zippo but wants a yellow butane flame to avoid the light fluid taste . Tha reason it's not a 5 star review is that the lighter doesn't stay lite after striking , you must continue to hold down the lighter button for continuous flame . One of the best things about a zippo is the ability to strike it and leave it light until it is closed if this insert managed that it would be a 5 star all the way . Other than that there is nothing to complain about in regards to this lighter insert it is extremely well made at least for the first week of use if it breaks or Boggs out I will make a revised review.

This is my fourth Zippo insert.  The first three were the torch inserts, one two burner and two two burners.  The torch inserts were most frustrating, as the flame adjustment had to be just right for them to light at all.  Apparently, Zippo realized this as they have since introduced the yellow flame insert.

The yellow flame inserts converts your Zippo to a refillable Bic.  And, like the old Ronson ad stated, 'it lights the first time, very time."  That is, unless you're trying to light it in a breeze.  It is not a wind proof lighter.  

The bottom line, it is much more reliable than their torch inserts.  You just need to learn how to cup it in your hand when lighting it in a breeze.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Zippo is what I call a “fashion lighter” and this filler is a replacement for the case I selected. Note that the insert contains no butane to even test the unit on arrival. You will need to fill upon arrival but it is very easy to fill. The flame is basic, not torch and not wind resistant.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This lighter insert is great. Replaces your out of date fuel Zippo with a more user friendly butane torch. The fuel does not leak.  Love the feel and look of using a Zippo,
The only issue I have is I have to refill it quite often which is annoying.

Great insert

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is my first time having a zippo lighter and I didn't like the fact that it wasn't able to be used right away... I didn't know I had to buy the butane.. I do like the fact that it's small and convenient and can fit inside my little purse.

First time buyer

Works fair. Goes out easily. Doesn't hold a lot of gas.. One set flame, no adjustments. Hasn't quit like their other gas insert after 8-10 months of use. Both are good ideas but could last or work better.
