We haven't installed this yet, as we won't be starting our kitchen project for almost another month, but I'm giving it 5-stars based on looks alone. Such a stunning hood!! Really heavy wood, no damage to speak of. Was delivered very quickly and the Range Hood Store was great about updating tracking information. 
The color of the hood is exactly what I imagined it to be and will look lovely with our dark wood trim and pop again the sort of beige subway tile we're using for the back splash.

After hunting high and low for a beautiful range hood for my new kitchen I came across this one and was really pleased to see the price.  It was just what I was looking for AND it included the fan system.  I received it quickly after ordering and couldn't wait to open the box and take a look.  I was thrilled to see it is just as lovely as it looks online.  I don't have it up yet as my kitchen hasn't been started yet. I will take a picture and post here as soon as the kitchen is complete. Do not hesitate to purchase this.  It's awesome.

Lovely and so well made!

We replaced our old stove or a bigger one and needed a bigger range hood too. I came across this one and I loved the look. The price was excellent too! Shipping was fast and it came in perfect condition.  The only complaint is that the buttons are in the back and if you are too short you might have trouble reaching them. I am 5'2 and barely reach them.

Beautiful addition to our kitchen

Purchased a 36” Rustic finish fan and we are very happy with the look and function . It improves the look of our cooktop and cabinets. Powerful and the 3 LED lights are a plus.

Wonderful Fan

I bought a Wooden Rustic hood range, it came in 5 days , packaged perfectly!  It's so beautiful and works excellent ❤️so happy!!! And it was on sale!!!!

Gorgeous

It's very powerful...actually only need to set the fan on 1 out of 4 levels. Lights pivot so adjustable in that way. Nice lighting. Beautiful finish. Stands out as a centerpiece for kitchen cabinets. Contractor said it was the nicest solid wood piece he's seen in a long time.

Sucks more than this Quarantine...but a good way

We bought this for our new construction home. Builder is putting it in and so far it looks great. However, it came chipped pretty bad during shipping. (Noticed before installation so not the builders fault). There was a loose metal piece in the box sliding around and chipped it. Since it has a rustic look I can fill the chip and match the stain so I'm not concerned. Some buyers might not be so forgiving!  I cannot speak to its performance yet.

Bad packaging

Difficult to install, not easy. Crown moulding is very pretty but can not be used if you want to carry the same design through out the room because it can not be matched.

very good looking hood

I couldn't use because it has a faint remote motor that has to be mounted directly above it. It has now taken almost 3 weeks to get it to be picked up for a return.

Product looks nothing like the picture. It's more of a tan color than distresses grey.
