I purchased the Zwilling Joy cookware set about a month ago, and I'm very disappointed—especially with the saucepan included in the set. After just one use, the saucepan became discoloured and developed stains on the body while frying food.

I contacted Zwilling Canada's customer service and went through five rounds of communication, sharing several images and following every solution they recommended—but none of them worked. Each time, they insisted it was a “cosmetic issue” and not covered by the warranty. Their explanation was that the pan is still functional, so despite its poor appearance, it doesn't qualify for any support.

When buying from a premium brand like Zwilling, I expected much better. Paying a high price should come with durable quality and strong customer service, but this experience was the opposite.

I do not recommend Zwilling. This was my first and last purchase from them. I'll stick with brands that truly stand behind their products and care about customer satisfaction.
