Bought the Zwilling Pro 2-pc Prep knives because they are wonderful knives. I already owned a Zwilling Pro Chef knife that is fantastic. The Zwilling Pro knives are well balanced and have an ergonomic handle that is wonderful. It goes without saying that the blades are fantastic. They cut through meats, vegetables, and fruits with ease. If you're ready to invest in great knives, try the Zwilling Pro knives. They are terrific. I use mine daily!

The size of these knives is perfect for my wife's use in prepping fruits and vegetables. The weight is nice and the blades keep an edge. They are easily honed with a steel to like new sharpness. The only negative would be in the shipping package. The knives were in a store display pack that was placed in a larger shipping box. The knives were not well retained in their display box and the display box was not retained in the shipping box, so both knives came loose and were contacting each other during shipping. Fortunately the blades were not damaged.

Great Knives at a good price.

These knives are the finest kitchen cutting instruments I have ever used. Just wish it had not taken me until later life to discover them. I conducted a little experiment with a group of friends who were visiting. I had a loaf of bread and asked each of them to cut off a slice with the Pro bread knife. There was a look of astonishment on their faces as the knife slid effortlessly thru the bread. Each said it was the finest bread knife they had ever used. The same performance level if noted with every Pro knife I have. They are wonderful! I intend to buy all my grown children these wonderful knives.

I ended up having an extra prep knife by getting this but it is well worth it! The price is unbeatable for the quality of this set.

Chef Matt took the time to teach us everything from knife safety basics to explaining which knife was ideal for each situation that we were planning to use them for. The education provided made us confident in our purchase an excited to get cooking! These knives are exceptional, comfortable, and durable. We couldn't be happier with our purchasing experience.

Great product, great brand representation.

I love the length of these knife blades at 5 1/2".  If I need something bigger than a parer, but smaller than a Chef's, this is my go to blade.  The fine edge can chop all of the ingredients for a salad, and the serrated blade has almost replaced my bread knife at home because it is so easy to use.  The curved bolster prompts you to pinch grip and hold the knife properly.  These knives are so comfortable and well balanced.  I love that they have an exposed full tang and traditional 3 riveted handle design.

The Perfect Prep set

Good knives, great edge, although I need to hone then at least once or twice a week. Eventually every time I use them.

10 out of 10 when it comes to cutting, but I can't give it full ratings because they shouldn't put it through the dishwasher

Almost there!

I have some of the older models and they have a better design in terms of the protection from the blade next to the handle. If you slip your hand forward on the handle, your finger will hit a very thin, almost sharp, part of the knife blade. The older ones had a protective splay of steal to prevent this.
