(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My absolute favourite cups- they are so modern and keep your drinks warm for longer. Just be careful because they are very delicate. I have the entire set of all their coffee glassware

Zwilling.com

Don't be fooled by its beautiful and elegant looks.
It has no durability. We used them for just four months, once a day for coffee, and always hand-washed them. Despite this careful use, both developed cracks, and one ended up completely shattered.
We have always been big fan of Zwilling and my wife absolutely adored those cups and handled them with the utmost care, treating them as delicately as a baby, so this has been an enormous disappointment.

Also this is not covered by their warranty according to their customer care:
"""We are sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your glass cups. Unfortunately, glass products are not covered under our warranty due to the inherent fragility of the material.
