Amazing French press! The temperature stayed hot longer and the coffee was incredible.

Amazing French Press

The outside doesn't stay perfectly cool, but it definitely insulates well and feels really nice to use.

Pretty darn good

Good quality press that keeps the coffee hot while it's steeping, enhancing overall flavor. Very easy to take apart and clean.

Easy Choice

We were specifically looking for an insulated french press and didn't see one in our usual brand so tried this one. Right out of the box my husband complained about how fiddly the small bits of the plunger mechanism were. The bigger issue is the very, very slim pour spout. One has to pour very, very slowly to keep from making a mess. Literally the coffee can be no more than a trickle or it runs down the sides. I wonder if that design was intentional to help keep the coffee hot, although turning the plunger with the slits away from the spout should accomplish the same thing. The first time I used it, I had to wonder if anyone actually tested a prototype.

Lovely to look at, functionally challenging

The double wall glass is pretty nice.  It looks like a good product and for the most part it is.  But, the pour spout is awful and spills everywhere.  The strainer is crappy black plastic which makes it pour even worse.  Those simple changes would make this a great press.  Seems to keep the ground out pretty well like it should.  I would look for a better press.

Looks nice, but..

The screw holding the filter assembly to the press rod is too short and comes off too easily. I've found no way to tighten it well to keep the assembly intact. It is an inside thread screw with no traction. As soon as I invert the thing the assembly falls apart. I have tried cleaning with a pipe cleaner, clean but does not hold.

Screw on filter problem

Poor filter quality. I've had to start pouring my coffee into my mug through a paper filter so I'm not drinking grit. I have cut myself on the mesh filter more than once. The spring is already coming apart after a dozen uses. I have only hand washed, but there is tons of condensation built up between glass layers. Do not buy. Past return  period so I'm stuck with it.

Nope. Sad, really wanted this to be quality.

The plunger pole is too short or the nite between the plunger pole and the filter is too long.  Went to use it for the first time and it came apart.  Not able to even try the product

Plunger pole too short/ does not screw into filter

Literally was going to press my coffee in the morning and I noticed that the bottom was loose, so I pulled it up and was going to fix it. However, as I pulled it off, the whole bottom piece fell off. Now I thought that this would be an easy fix because all I had to do was screw it back on, but that is not the case. This was so poorly designed because it is literally I'm possible for me to you any kind of strength I have to shove the too short of a screw back into the piece. I am honestly so irritated because all I want is coffee and I cannot do anything about it because of how hard they made this thing to reassemble. Up until this point, I loved the product.
