I love these pans. The trick to cooking with ANY cookwear is on a low heat. Anything will stick and burn if you have it on high heat. Use the product properly and you won't have any problems

I have had the pan for 5 years and have struggled to get it to be anything close to non stick. I wont buy these pans again

It looks like I was wrong. This coating get scratched and it looks it is not so thick and hard as I was thinking. Disappointed. The photo attached is from Vista Clad pan - coating is the same. True Clad pan I do not use now so it is still OK so far. I became so confident about his coating that I started using metal spoon for stirring, What was I thinking? Only wooden spoon allowed.

second update

I got these as a gift last Christmas and thankfully I didn't get rid of my other pans. From Day 1, food sticks to the pan. Typically I would cook meat or egg and it sticks so bad that it is very difficult to clean off. I am attaching a picture of an omelet and when I tried to flip omelet it was so stuck that I couldn't flip it properly. My parents have the same ones and they have never had the same issue. They have had theirs for several years now. Not sure if I got a bad batch, but based on this I cannot recommend this product.

Issue with Non-Stick

Tout colle, le fond se raye facilement... car il faut frotter et frotter car rien de pire à nettoyer, rien à comparer avec mes autres chaudrons de cette marque en stanless/aluminium, tout l'inverse de ce qui est offert avec ce faux tefflon ! L'œuf cuit ne peut même pas décoller pas plus que les patates bien doré, mais qui reste toujours collé ???

I have never had a problem with food sticking to my 2-years old pan. But , I do cook on low/medium heat. Some food requires a little moisture or oil on the surface of the pan. It is easy to clean - whatever food slightly adheres it just falls off in contact with water and a sponge. I also do not put cold water on a hot pan. I like 3 play coating. Every other pan I own has a very thin coating, which wears off quickly and you can see-through. I like it so much that I bought 8 inch VistaClad (TrueClad was not available at that time) and I am very happy with it, as well.

Excellent non-stick

A new product doesn't stick but after a while some food does, such as  eggs. The things I like about this coating is that it is thick, hard and easy to wash. Such a coating does not scratch and lasts long time. It is a healthier option on the market.

Update

I spent a lot of money on a set of these pans . And all I can say is that they are the worst pans ever every thing sticks to them . Very disappointed!!!
I have bought cheaper ones that are better .

Will never buy again

I bought three of these, very disappointed.  Because they are so sticky and hard to clean.   These are the worst products that I ever used from ZWILLING, waste money.  No star
