I really like this sharpening/honing device. It's easy to use and keeps the knives super sharp. Different stones for sharpening and honing. Stones have 4 sides so you can use this thing a long time! I keep it on my counter next to the knife block. Very convenient. Takes up a little room but having it there reminds me to keep the blades sharp and clean.

Perfection

Really love this knife sharper as it save lots of time and it is a great tool for every kitchen. Im impress with the Zwilling products. So a big fan.  The sharpener is great on many uses and the angle is very well designed. I like the choice of coarse or fine stone. This is truly a great reliable tool so far and I sharpen it a lot in a daily use. I do recommend it for everyone.

grazie mille!!  This knife sharpener is great. All of my knives were so dull and the Sharpness after using the first time is insane. Seems to be a durable product as well, not cheap.

It always feels great getting your knives professionally sharpened, but also, kind of expensive after time when you're paying by the inch.  Invest in one of these!  You won't regret it, you get the same results as though they were just professionally sharpened.  Suitable for both the German and Japanese blades in your collection.

Magical sharpener I must write another review about this v-edge sharpener I read an article about reviews of this from one particular place only every single person said that this thing was a piece of junk and they gave it one star where do these people come from they said they couldn't use it that it was too complicated are you kidding me there are some people in this world that just don't get nothing,And this all has to do with intelligence and education which they seem to be lacking tremendously this sharpener is so easy to use and it makes my blades to perfect condition without any problems I love this sharpener buy one if you're smart, John.

Magical sharpener

Just started using the sharpener on my zwilling knives. Seems to be doing job very well. Reserving one more star to add for after sharpening my Japanese knives

Ver satisfied so far

I couldn't decide between buying this knife sharpener for our dull Henkels knives or just buying a new set of less expensive knives that would arrive already sharpened. Because I cook a lot, having always sharp knives won out. We did the tomato test, and before sharpening, each knife failed. After sharpening, each knife sliced easily. I give the product 4 stars because it's somewhat large and can't fit in a drawer.
