Exactly what Im looking for made for kids! 
Not too intimidating for my son.  More importantly, it is as accurate as my son's bedside hospital grade pulse oximeter. Very convenient and small to bring for traveling.

This Polar Oximeter is just the cutest thing!! Its nice that its made specifically for kids and anyone with smaller fingers. My child could not wait to try this out, it definitely passed the test on being accurate, I have someone in my family that works in the healthcare profession and when we compared the one she uses at the hospital to this one they both had the same results. It came with a cute little carrying case along with a lanyard you can attach if you prefer that. It has 6 different display modes to choose from which my child prefers the one with the wavy feature so they can watch it. All digital display modes are very clear and easy to understand. So simple to use you just clip onto finger and push the button results are almost immediate which is great if you have a squirmy busy child. I highly recommend this to anyone with children or if you are like me and have small fingers and the other oximeters don't provide accurate readings because of that. Mine also came with batteries which is always a nice plus!!!

Cute and Accurate Polar Oximeter!!!!

My three year old has asthma. We have owned many fingertip oximeters that can be used on kids, but none specifically made for kids. This is a game changer. It is the perfect size for tiny fingers, and lets you know if the finger is out. It reads quickly- way quicker than the adult versions. So squirmy kids are no match for this. It has a rubbery protective skin type case on it, and it comes with a strap and an extremely durable pouch. As a mom who had owned so many with so many flaws, this is like a gift from the heavens. I seriously could not be happier with it. Oh, and my son loves the polar bear, and you can tell he likes this oximeter more than the standards because it is geared towards children. We love it!

MUST HAVE FOR KIDS!

As a pediatric nurse I always have problems with the regular sized pulse oximeter picking up the saturation of my pediatric patients that incidentally have small fingers. Hence I found this item intriguing. Well now that I have it I will not be using anything else on the children or babies. It is so light weight, accurate and not to mention the design that the children find so cute. Lovely product .

Great for Pediatric Nurses

This is a great little pulse oximeter! It's a much better quality oximeter than a lot of others. It has a cute polar bear design. It is very simple to use and measure your heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. It gives fast and accurate measurements and the screen is easy to read and see. It gets readings in approximately 10 seconds. It's just the regular finger clip for children's fingers. The LED screen is large and easy to read. It is a simple one button operation. It includes a silicone cover, a nice carrying case and a lanyard (I love lanyards - my husband is always making fun of me). This one is great since it comes with the cover and the case!  It takes two AAA batteries to operate and they are included. It's really a great, handy item to have around. I like teaching my children about what their bodies do and how they work - so this is nice for that also. It is durable and well made. It auto shuts off and the batteries last about 30 hours - which is quite a long time.

AWFUL! I have a son with CHD and lung disease I know how to use a pulse oximeter. I needed to move up in size to a pediatric for when we are out and about. This is the worst. It's impossible to use when the child is awake. BUT… it is hard to get to work when the child is asleep and not moving. I waited 5 minutes on a sleeping child to get a reading. Then it was so off. I ended up taking it into the hospital when we went and it never once gave the reading theirs gave for the 4 days we were there. Not ONCE! So mad I wasted my money and I threw out the box so I can't return. I will be throwing this waste in the garbage!

WORST OXIMETER!

Giving this two stars for design but zero for functionality so averages to one star. The size, weight and cuteness was what made me get this and I needed an oximeter. Not sure if I got a faulty one but it felt like the laser was burning my finger. Also the reading would fluctuate a lot usually dropping by ten or so and it got to be frustrating and felt inaccurate. I have another oximeter that doesn't do either of these things and reads the same number on the first read. I returned it and will probably not buy Zacurate brand again.
