Be sure to read the directions and as long as you do as instructed, this stuff is awesome!!  I am very allergic to poison ivy and it would normally take me 2  painful, miserable weeks to get through an exposure.  With Zanfel, it stops the reaction in it's tracks.  In just a few days, you could hardly tell I wsas exposed.  Relief within 1-2 applications, depending how bad the exposure was.  It's expensive, IMHO, but nothing else works as good as it does!

Zanfel is what you should use if the ivy, Oak or Sumac has taken hold. It will go into the skin and neutralize it.
Be sure to use a strong detergent or bleach if you need it.
I spent years with a swimming pool in the back yard in the summer time. The swimming pool Chlorine kept the Ivy from taking hold.
Everyone is different. I can only say what worked for me.

Zanfel works for me.

I know it's a bit expensive, but it works! Half of our property is  woods and  someone always gets  poison rashes every year. We keep this stuff on hand, and are very pleased with its effectiveness.

This stuff nips a poison oak outbreak in the bud. Use as soon as you get that tingly feeling, right before the eruption and the eruption doesn't happen! I keep Zanfel on hand in case I am ever accidently in contact with poison oak. I try to keep as far away as possible from any contact with poison oak as my outbreaks are severe. Since I found Zanfel, I have not needed any cortisone shots.

Zanfel - wonderful stuff - I would give it a 10

Worth every penny!  I managed to get poison ivy on my FACE, neck, hands, forearms and one knee and the itchiness was insane.  I ordered and used the product as directed and it actually stopped the itching in 30 seconds.  This was after several failed days of trying calamine and being miserable.  

It is crucial to follow the directions so that you wash away ALL of the oil that is causing the problem.  I scrubbed for three minutes which feels like forever.  When you're so itchy that you want to scratch your skin off this product actually brings instant relief!  The rash is almost completely gone.  

The biggest mistake that I made was not WASHING my bedding and it flared up again the next morning. I washed everything thoroughly and reused the zanfel and I've been good ever since.  

The other really nice benefit of the zanfel is how soft and smooth your skin feels after using it!

If you have PI, this product is a game stopper!

I had a bad  poison ivy rash for over a week, and it was spreading. I had never heard of Zanfel,  but I was desperate to try anything. I hoped it's high price was justified. It worked as advertised and as far as I'm concerned they could charge WAY more. I bought extra  tubes for the future to have ready. Thank you.

Zanfel works, price worth every penny!!

This is expensive, but the only thing that I have found that can actually get rid of the Poison Ivy oil from you skin. Immediate relief when used correctly (follow instructions properly) and well worth it to those that suffer from Ivy, Oak, Sumac allergies to the plant oil. One tube can last all year or longer if you don't plan on rolling around in a Poison Ivy, Oak, Sumac frequently.

Actually Works! Nothing else like it!

As someone who is allergic to poison ivy and usually takes 4-6 weeks with prescribed steroids to get it gone this makes a huge difference! Will keep this on hand for an exposure to get ahead and it cuts the time down to like 1-2 weeks for me. Takes the itch away.

I had poison everywhere! I used this after 2 weeks on my arms and it was worse after. I read all reviews and I was hopeful, maybe I took it too late, but my arms seem to have another allergic reaction from this, maybe it's just my body, but I'll never use it again.

I wanted it to work, but no.

This helps soothe the itch for a few hours that's the only good thing about it. It absolutely is NO heal All cream. Firstly I've used it 3 times already and my poison ivy still isn't going away. I'll be lucky to get one more use out of it. There's not a lot in the tube and the tube doesn't even come full. Considering the price I paid almost $40 for this tiny tube it should at least be full…but no. I had high expectations because of the reviews that this would get rid of my poison ivy completely but that's not the case at all. This is way over priced and the product half empty. It will not heal you it only gives some itch relief. My recommendation is save your money and just use anti itch cream and go to the doctor and get a steroid shot.
