Smell

It was a fast delivery. The smell is fresh and I get at least 5 compliments daily because this fresh floral perfume is delightful and puts people at ease and positive emotion towards me. Thank you Shiseido for continuing to make this wonderful dreamy perfume.

Nice and Lovely Scent !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite. It smells warm and feminine, without being overly floral or too musky. It's like a secret weapon-sexy, but self confident and subtle. It pairs really well with the body lotion, which also adds to its staying power. I haven't been able to find the body lotion in awhile-hopefully it will be available again soon.

A secret weapon

I have purchased and loved Zen pardon for over 20 years. I ordered 2 bottles,and the color of the pardon is lighter and the aroma is not as intense as my previous bottles. I did have an older bottle and was able to compare the color and intensity. I prefer the older one.

Disappointed

The Zen parfume your site had advertised is not the one I received. False advertisement. I compared the original Zen bottle and scent and it is slightly different because i have one if the original bottles that look like what was advertised. I was very disappointed but I will keep the 2 bottles i have ordered. I have been using the original Zen 17+ years. I have went to several distributors in US and Japan and they did not have any on their shelves to sell. The current parfume does not give me the same sensory affect. Im sorry but im not sure if I will continue to order from your site again.

I had purchased Zen Eau de Parfum when I was in Italy. My daughter loved the scent so much that I purchased her the larger bottle from your website. The bottle looks nothing like the one pictured when I placed my order. It came in a clear glass bottle and the scent is totally different?? I am attaching a photo of mine along side the larger bottle I purchased. I'm very disappointed.

I've been using this perfume for many years and it used to be my absolute favorite. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality has noticeably declined. The scent is still pleasant, but it's no longer what it used to be. The longevity has significantly decreased, and the richness and projection that once made it stand out are now barely there. It's disappointing to see such a beloved fragrance lose its character over time. I truly hope the brand considers bringing back the original formula or improving the current version

Still my favorite

Actually the two stars came up by accident. I was so very dissapointed in this Parfum. I have bennd using this for years and love it. But when this order arrived it was not at all the same Zen Parfum I.ve been using . You changed the top of the bottle, which looks very tacky. And the smell is not the original Zen fragrance. It non discriptive and very nothing. I have returned it and would like a full refund.

I would not recommend this product.

Why my cap is made in WOOD and not like im'n your photo ? Inacceptable and WRONG publicity... The Zen perfume doesn't hold a long time... desappointed... Please send me the GOOD CAP ! Nicole Simard

I would not buy it again....

I have Zen for years and am a long time Shiseido skin care and makeup lover. My beauty shelf is 100% Shiseido. I sprayed this once and couldn't believe how bad it is. Like flowery vomit. As this was my Xmas gift to myself on a limited budget this year makes itneven more disappointing. Shamefully bad. I looked at other reviews and realize that I am not the only one. Get back to the lab and fix this abomination!
