Really great to have videos for instruction. But even better to have small video segments show 1-step at a time, with excellent narration, and easy to replay. Best instruction manual I have ever used!

Excellent product, but also amazing instructions

BILT

Instructions, both printed and in the app, are not clear enough. Box says, “No tools needed” and the first page of instructions show the tools needed.

Bad instructions for a nicr shelf

It's ok. It didn't come with the parts that attach it to the wall, so it sticks out a bit. But it's alright. A bit overpriced I think.
