The adjustability of the product is awesome!

I like having a visual, and the printed directions were confusing. Having pipes pre-marked would have made it much easier because video is pretty vague on which ones to use.

Seriously I am very disappointed I am giving 0 as the shelves dont stay where they need to and they also are not tall enoigh so all bottkes topple over!
