Full disclaimer: I didn't buy the blue one; I bought the yellow & grey one. But it's the same product.

I've only used it in a few yoga practices so far, all at home (vinyasa and hatha - no hot yoga), and right from the first downward dog, it's had fabulous grip, maybe 1% slipping. My hands and feet weren't particularly sweaty, so it's hard to say how grippy it would be in a hot class, but for dry grip so far I'd rate it 10/10. And as a 5mm mat it has ample cushioning, without being too spongy for balancing. I love the TPE material; excellent feel to it, and lightweight. There is a bit of a scent to the mat when you're face-down in child's pose or in a chaturanga, but it's not a noxious rubber smell and I actually find it quite pleasant.

I had debated going all out and buying an expensive high-end yoga mat, but I'm glad I settled on this one.

Lovely mat! Great cushion and grip!

Zenzation PurEarth II Eco Yoga Mat 5 mm lightweight TPE yoga mat with rounded corners, reversible colour surface, excellent non-slip traction and resists bacteria; moisture-resistant finish, easy-to-clean and includes strap for transport, often used for travel workouts.
