Can be affordable in bulk, but pricey for individual purchases.

Produces excellent water purification results.

Water has a neutral flavor profile with no unpleasant odors.

Expensive filters works well. They dont last long at our house we drink mainly water and use it for cooking. You know when to change these filters boiling water with it will smell fishy. I think there's room to lower the cost of these or make the uses per filters more than 3 weeks for 2 people.

Price needs to come down!

I like the taste of this water and better than tap water and healthier !! Play this pack is more cost effective!! So good for me !! Although these filters don't last long for us !!

Like the taste of this water

These filters are the best for making the cleanest tasting water ever.  That is until they start to lose there effectiveness.  Unlike other filters that just use carbon, these also use an ion exchange idea that pulls molecules from the water.  Once that ion-exchange system is used the filters begin to smell/taste off.  Bad actually.  To avoid this I just remember to check my filter by using the supplied TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter and replace when the number reaches 10-15.

I'm a long time subscriber to these filters. The quality has gone down since they sold the company to Culligan. The filter isn't processing the water as quickly and there are odd looking yellow globs on top of the filter after just a few weeks use. Also the water doesn't taste as good.

Quality is not what it once was.

Looks like duplicate or used filters are being sent. I have been using zero water filter for years. The replacement filters are definitely very expensive and these lately don't eve last 1-2 weeks for me alone and am mostly at office full day. Looks like either duplicate ones or used ones are being repackaged n sent as some got bad in just 3-5 days of use n water started smelling n tasting bad.

Zero has always been good to our family, creating affordable filtration that works supremely well, producing great tasting water at affordable prices.  But since the Culligan takeover, they're not Zero anymore. Case in point we have the large glass countertop model that has worked perfectly for years.  Now Culligan has changed the filters.  Now you can still buy the old Zero filters but if you want to convert to the new filters, you have to buy an entire new container.  All Culligan would have to do is sell you the filter basket, it will fit both old and new generations.  So product is good but bean counters reign at Culligan.

Now new filters.  That was and isn't needed.

Used to like them! They were easy to install, and though they are expensive compared to other known brand filters, they did the job!

This time, I noticed a couple of issues:

1. They replaced the solid plastic lids with flimsy PVC lids that don't even come off easily and stick around the edges.
2. The fit isn't perfect, and even after trying for 5-6 times, the water still leaks around the edges, and unfiltered water mixes with the filtered water. 

Seriously rethinking this product and considering other well-built options!

No longer the top quality they used to be!

I do not think these are authentic Zero filters.  

First, a black piece of plastic film is glued to the top of each filter. When you try to peel it off, half of it peels off and the other half remains. The adhesive used is strong, and I ended up using a sharp knife to scrape most of it off, since I didn't want the adhesive and plastic film leeching into the water. Some of the plastic film remains, as I couldn't get it all off.See photo. 

Second, the "zero" Parts Per Million reading was 002 as soon as I replaced the filter. It was 006 within 3 days. It's recommended to change the filter at 006.  When I replaced the Zero filters in the past from zero bought elsewhere, such as at Home Dèpot, the PPM was 000, as it should be. Hence the name "Zero" filter. And it was at least a week or two before it got to 006.

I love Zero filters, but will not be buying these filter replacements.

I have used zero water filters for a few years. The store stopped carrying them so I ordered them from the website. The filters used to last at least a month. These filters had to be changed every week. That's 10 dollars per week per filter.

it works good. water ppm 156 after filtering it is reduced to 0. but this last only 15 days so every month i spend 34 dollar plus tax on this. please sell the US variant in canada as well which is better
