Water tastes clean, fresh, and pure with no off-flavors or odors.

Can be reasonable for bulk orders, but steep for individual purchases.

I have been using the zero filter for almost 20 years now they are expensive for two filters it's over $35 I think and they take the icky stuff out of the water and make it pure and that is why I use those filters my ice from the water is crystal clear

I purchased these filters to replace the ones I ordered from Amazon. I decided to use Walmart because I would receive this item more quickly, and it would cost less than renewing my Amazon Prime account and purchasing it.  I am grateful that Walmart also carries this item, and in the long run, saved me money. 

I enjoy the taste and longevity of these filters. I change the filter every 1.5 months.

Love these filters

I pay more for these than the generic ones, but they simply work the best for my ZeroWater pitcher.  Takes longer to filter water than my previous Brita pitcher/filters, but the water comes out perfect with no particulates.  I love to grind my own gourmet coffees, and this water makes a huge difference in the overall taste of the coffees I make.  I can't recommend these enough.

No Particulates; Perfect for Coffee

I screw the filter in and fill up the reservoir directly from the tap. It takes a few fills and waiting between. 
this works for the 1st %26 2nd 
time. I always check after filling to see if it is still working. For refills after 2, I have to put reservoir sideways or the water doesn't drain well. I drink almost the whole container each day. I love it

They're great and blame you when I say our town has the worst water.These filters in the picture make the water so much better.And taste very good but I wouldn't buy them in any other store.Because I have and they don't always work.Walmart's always guaranteed on this one

I am not sure if this actually filters water or it is a mere placebo to which  one has gotten addicted. The pitcher is fragile and breaks easily -- I have replaced three in five years; the filters are expensive for their worth. These characteristics annoy me enough to daily want to discard ZeroWater products and cease using them, but I haven't been able to do so.

Although these filters clean the water well, they do not last long. The filter only lasts about a month with only myself using the Zero water pitcher.  After about a month, the water started tasting citrusy. That meant that the filter was done. It cost $30 for two new filters. That is $15 per filter. I watched a review online, and found out that this filter is the most expensive of the pitcher filters. I just had a kitchen water filter installed under the sink that is supposed to last 12 months for almost the same cost as the one that only lasts me one month. If the filters lasted at least three months, I would recommend this product. If you don't mind spending $15 per month on water, then this product is fine.

Lasts About 1 Month per Person

One of the two filters in this 2-pack would not filter the water--it literally just sat there in the picture after only letting about 2 inches accumulate in the Zero Water pitcher we use.

Is there a way to get a partial refund for this defective filter?

Defective filter in the 2-pack we purchased!

Hit and miss getting filter replacements that either they are not new and has some  water and sloshing sound in them when taken out of the carton  Or they run extremely slow when used after a few times.
Couple hours before it goes through. Even though I follow their troubleshooting suggestions when that happens.  

When it's new and it works it is great!  But this last time we bought a four replacements. Only one was new. The other three had water dripping out.
The TDS said 3 for one of them. The two others were 2 and 1   Definitely not zero water. Yet just like last times they were packaged like new.

The filters don't last long. Also, I will fill up the pitcher overnight and, in the morning, there is water in the top of the filter because it won't filter the water.
