Can be sleek and modern, but also fiddly to use.

Love Zerowater brand- I live in a 1890 house and pipes worry me- Zerowater was the ONLY brand that claims to remove Lead.  I don't understand why all the other brand don't.  Lead is extremely unsafe- do you really want to drink it?

Great Little water pitcher. Cleans the water very well. However the cartridges can be costly. Try to get them on sale. I use mine to drink and refill my water tank bottle.

It is a great water dispenser. There is no need smells and definitely no bad taste.  It filters the water through fast.  The pour spot is so handy and the spigot.  Easy to fill with water and it looks nice on your tabletop or counter.   Takes up less space because of its slimness

Great tasting water

I loved my old zero water so when it broke I saw this one and I jumped on it. It's easy to use but I drink way too much water so I should have stayed with the larger size. Down side is the filter that came with keeps getting clogged and I have to shake it up every other time I fill it up.

Good but small

I always use Zero Water as I trust the brand. The wester always taste great and the meter shows zero when water is filtered. The filter lasts about a  month for my family of four. The water flows from the spigot nicely, however, the flow considerable slows when it is full vs half way full.  

It is small, so you need to refill often. I recommend this for 1 or two people max. Any more and get a larger size.

Nice water filter.

This purifies water great like all the Zero Water pitchers, but this particular model had a retaining piece across the front where the lid attaches. It made taking the lid off ridiculously difficult. I looked for answers and found that others have the same issues. One person mentioned that they use a flathead screwdriver to get under it and pry the lid off that way. It worked for me a couple of times but I eventually broke the plastic bar. Best thing I could have done. Now I can take the top off without all the hassle. This should have been designed better. And for people like me who have arthritis in their fingers, this design should have been thought out so much more. Very frustrating and a shame that I had to break a part of it in order to make it work.

Good Water, Flawed Design

I'm not sure what to do.. someone else told me their water started smelling like fish..i thought it a fluke... I've only used it for a short time and my water taste GROSS LIKE FISH.. NOW I'M STUCK WITH IT AND AND EXTRA FILTER I HOPE I CAN REACH THE COMPANY

I purchased the ZeroWater 12-cup Ready-Pour 5-stage filtration pitcher expecting better-tasting, cleaner water. Unfortunately, within just five days of use, the water developed a very strange and unpleasant taste.

I thoroughly cleaned the pitcher and followed the instructions, including rinsing the filter, but the issue persists. The taste has not improved at all. This completely defeats the purpose of buying a premium filtration system, and for me, the product has been a total waste of money.

Filtering of water took longer than the initial filter that was included with the Zero One filter pitcher. Of the two replacement filters each consecutive filter used had a shorter life and took longer to filter water. The initial filter supplied clean water about 2 months. The replacement filter was extremely slow filtering and lasted a couple of weeks. The second replacement filter didn't release water at all. The first filter didn't quite remove water contaminents  but each subsequent filter replacement was worse. Didn't work.

Poor excuse for a water filter

The newly designed pitcher is a disaster. It leaks, it's not ergonomic, and certainly doesn't hold as much water as the previous versions. Even the new water dispenser built into the handle is flawed. While it's a welcome upgrade, I've hit it multiple times when grabbing the handle, causing water to pour all over the counter. And while we're on the handle, the water meter does not sit properly in the designated water handle spot. When using it as a pitcher, the spout does not pour properly. It runs down the entire side of the pitcher is tilted too far. The only positive from this experience is the Customer Service. They refunded my order without question. Needless to say, I'll be sticking with my original Zero pitcher.

This needs a complete overhaul.
