This is my second purchase and there was an issue with the threading on the tank (or filter). I called customer service and they are sending me a new tank. It is SO nice to be able to speak to a person who speaks English as their first language. SUPER SERVICE!!

For the last 2 years, I have used the 10 cup pitcher. It was fine, but it seems it was always empty. So when the handle started to crack, I decided to switch to this 20-cup dispenser. I haven't had it long, but so far I'm very pleased. It is a perfect fit in my fridge and I feel like I'm drinking more water since there is more filtered and chilled.

Perfect Size for Me

Dispenser holds quite a bit of water without being too big. Our's is on our kitchen counter. I would probably purchase a smaller one if I wanted to put it in the refrigerator. I agree with other reviews that the button is a little hard to hold in for a longer period of time if you are filling a large container. We tested water before and after and it definitely works as advertised.

We are using this on a house boat.  Tap water tested 651, lake water tested at 530, Arrowhead bottled water tested at 151, the tap water was filtered with this, it tested at 0.  Amazing.  And amazing taste.  It filters to the full 20 cups in about 8 minutes.  We are really happy with its performance.

I'm surprised how it tastes exactly like distilled water, it's great for my plants that are sensitive to tap.

Plants love it

I should have bought a pitcher but otherwise I really love it. I use the zero water to fill up ice cubes. Iced zero water with zero cubes is so good. Expensive but worth it to me. There's no comparison between zero water and any other kind in all honesty

Super clean water

This device does an *excellent* job on our water. When I first got it, I used the tester to check the (untreated) tap water and got a reading of 274. After treatment, it read 0. The water *tastes* purified, but less so than some bottled waters I've purchased in the past.

My one "complaint," if you will, is that I have RA and my hands are deformed and painful. The dispensing button is difficult for me to push to actually fill a glass. I'm going to have to devise a work-around to make that easier on myself.

Absolutely does the job!

The one I bought leaked at the spigot, then the one that they sent as a free replacement also leaked. I took one apart at a time and figured out the leaks (simply just poorly assembled, a rubber washer was crumpled in the first one and there was a little plastic flake stuck to the washer in the second one.) in both and now have two working containers and filters for the price of 1, but it would be really nice if ZeroWater didn't overlook such simple mistakes in their manufacturing and buyers could trust that they won't leak when they buy one.

Prone to leaking

Filter lasted under two weeks. Water tastes great but unless you're a millionaire it's not sustainable.

Too expensive for length of use.

Was excited to get the product.  I was unable to get the filter properly attached to the lid.  When trying to fill, it was very slow and water would drip around the filter.  Contacted the company and they replaced the filter.  Still unable to attach the filter properly to the lid.  Something is wrong with the threading of lid or filter.  Have given up and don't use the product
