Offers reasonable pricing, but replacement costs can add up.

Fits easily in the fridge with convenient dispensing.

Valve seal issues cause constant water leakage.

Simple to operate with easy functionality.

Dispenser holds quite a bit of water without being too big. Our's is on our kitchen counter. I would probably purchase a smaller one if I wanted to put it in the refrigerator. I agree with other reviews that the button is a little hard to hold in for a longer period of time if you are filling a large container. We tested water before and after and it definitely works as advertised.

Works Great!

walmart.com

I'm giving these for Christmas because I'm freaked out about microplastics, and Zero is one of the few and most affordable of the filters that remove the plastics. Used it for years. Yes takes a little bit to drip through but I'm worth it. And my children and grandchildren.

Water tastes clean. The first time filling takes a while because it is slow to filter, but it is easy to use and worth it.

Worth it

I love the ZeroWater system! The water tastes absolutely awesome. There truly is a big difference. My four star rating is because my 20 cup ZeroWater dispenser leaks from the spout nonstop. I have to put a paper towel under the spout and change it in the morning and evening so that my refrigerator shelf does not get flooded. This is my second dispenser with issues!

Great tasting water, faulty dispenser!

The water is good, although it is slow to filter. Fits in the fridge well and is easy enough to dispense from. Only real issue is that the water quality meter they include does not work....I guess that's why it was listed as free! I have not made any effort to get new filters yet...other reviewers say they are expensive. I guess I will find out soon enough.

a good enough example of what it is

Filter works great but dispenser leaks at the spigot. Got it replaced with the exact same dispenser and still leaks. Wastes about a cup or two a day. Maybe they planned it this way so you will go through filters faster. Go with the pitcher version for less hassle.

Spigot leaks

The spigot leaked and created a flood on my shelf. I also wish you didnt have to push in the button to dispense water. It hard on my hand. I wish the had a valve or tap you just open. Also if its in your fridge it dispenses so slow you end up leaving your fridge door open for a while. They replaced my drippy unit right away but I think they could improve the design.

Hard to use spigot that drips

Zerowater 20 cup ready pour

The instructions say to replace filter when 006, I tested mine, brand new, and it's at 012. Customer service hasn't replied to my email:
"I just purchased my 20 cup pitcher 11/13/2018; I've cleaned it per instructions, placed the filter in and filled with cold water. After a few minutes I poured some water into a clean glass and test it with the supplied meter; and I'm getting a reading of 012. All the instructions say to replace filter when it reaches 006. Please advise me as to what I should do"?

Walmart, what shall I do?

There is a pin-sized hole at the bottom of the reservoir. So, while most of the water is goes through the filter, some just falls through the pin-sized hole, unfiltered, directly into the pitcher. Also, I wonder if it's wise to filter out EVERYTHING so that TDS count is absolutely zero, because in that case, wouldn't minerals and other essential nutrients be filterd out as well?

Hole in reservoic means some water bypasses filter

Zerowater 20 Cup Ready Pour water filtration dispenser with clear blue reservoir and white lid, featuring a built-in TDS meter and one-hand push and pour spout, ideal for home or small office use with 5-stage filtration for TDS-free water.
