Very comfortable, better than expected.   I suggest getting the tencel mattress protector.  I tried the bed without it and with it.  The bed is much cooler to sleep on with the mattress protector, very comfortable, highly recommend the extra spend to get the protector.

I have had some back pain everyday for years. Recently on vacation I woke up with no back pain.  After flipping the mattress over I discovered it was Zinus.  I ordered a mattress immediately.  I have not had back pain at all for about a month now.  I did not think this was even possible.  I highly recommend this mattress for anyone!!  It does feel firm when you first sit on it but quickly feels absolutely perfect for any sleeper.

We absolutely adore this bed! We went from our old springy, uncomfortable queen mattress to a  luxurious Zinus memory foam king size bed. With all of the extra space as well as the comfort, we could not be happier. Delivery and Inflating was easy, and they offer a service to pick up your old mattress, they made purchasing and disposal a seamless process as well. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a mattress.

Best Purchase I have made this year

It's firm and you sleep deeply and with full restorative sleep if you sleep timely that is. I always hated foam until Zinus because ut shaped and formed a depression in the mattress. These mattresses rise back to the original shape and is always how I bought it. Love the firmness and coziness of this mattress

Foam Mattress is great when it's a Zinus

We love our new Zinus mattress!  We originally ordered the green tea memory foam but thought it was too firm. The return process was easy and we were refunded quickly. Then we ordered the cooling gel memory foam, and it is great!  It's softer and just hugs your body. We're sleeping better than ever!

Sleeping better than ever!

We slept on one of your mattresses on vacation and fell in love with the firm support…we stripped the bed at our Air BnB so we could figure out which brand it was, lol! We were delighted to find the mattress and even more delighted at the price!! We'd paid triple for our “new” bed a couple years ago…well now our teenage son enjoys the more expensive mattress but his parent's backs are loving our Zinus!

this mattress will make you never want to leave your bed its so relaxing to tight muscle I can see a very big difference from the hybrid firm icolie mattress I totally regret going back to the spring mattress and my back sees the difference also Zinus the best easy to order and set up hassle free service its worth ever dollar i really miss this mattress, Queen 12' its like sleeping on all pillows my arthritis was happy it felt expensive i recommend this to a few friends who are extremely happy

If you like soft but supportive with no bounce f

My mattress order arrived quickly, and I took the advice of several others, and let it sit and slowly decompress for a couple of days before I used it. The first few nights, it was a little firmer than what I was used to, but once I adjusted, I have slept like a baby. Great value, especially at this price point!

Great value, good night's sleep

Honestly, I think the bed is just OK. I have to flip it every week so it doesn't wear down and it's just OK for me. I probably would consider getting either a different brand or something that doesn't wear down as quickly. But for the price of the bed is great it works.

It is just OK

Very disappointed with this purchase. The mattress didn't meet my expectations since it didn't expand to 12 inches (plus a huge bump in the middle). The customer service sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, it had the same exact problem. Never expanded to the expected 12 inches. There's a huge bump in the middle. The edges are irregular and thinner than the rest of the mattress. Nothing like the mattress shown in the picture. I do not recommend this mattress. I'm sure this review won't be published and it's unfortunate because it could be helpful to other buyers out there.
